you are officially OLDer. muahaha.
but ure not here in singapore to celebrate with us.
well, we'll be good daughters and get u a present. hehe.

hmmm though you're always VERY strict and fierce to us,
we understand that its for our own good.
like what laoer said,
you're always giving us the best that you can,
let us have a 'better' life,
giving us what we want and so many more.
what you want in return is only for us to do our very best in our studies and whatever else that we can.
and what do we always do?
disppoint you. sigh.
sometimes its not that we're trying to be difficult.
we're just taking things for granted and assuming that everything will be there and done out for us.
we are too spoonfed by you.
any difficulties that we have will be solved in your hands.
we have nothing to worry about.

i know i have been a great disappointment to you.
i know you are constantly worried about how i am doing at home and in school.
i know you are agitated but trying hard not to show.
i know you are so fed up when you knew my results but you tried not to show it.
how calm you were when i told you my colourful grades that i was surprised.
how supportive of me when i said i did my best, tried my best for the exams.
how reassuring you were in telling me that it is alright, just try harder, work harder for the next semester and that i can make it.
how you get help for me from the other professors.
how much effort you are putting in, and already have put in for me.

sharks. now im feeling guilty all over again. sigh.
it is a promise that i will work even harder for the coming semester.
