The freaking drilling and pounding at the construction site is driving me nuts. Seriously. I get woken up early in the morning by stupid alarm clocks that don’t go off, then after which would be the drills at the site. Shit man. I’m damn pissed off, cos I cannot stand sounds that are repetitive, its giving me a headache. I can’t wait to go home. >:(
Work is piling up. I need to find the motivation to start the engine again.
My Design group is quite nice. The people are very friendly and I hope that we can work well together.
Mineral makeup sounds fun. :)

Fireworks last night was fantastic. It was a last minute decision but it made my day. Felt bad but was assured that its fine. Haha. Don’t you think that fireworks are rather mesmerizing? I like those bronzy looking ones that resemble falling stars. The view was superb, should have brought my camera out :( but I managed to capture one picture with my pathetic handphone. Lol.
I wished the fireworks never ended.
Met up with JiaYing last Monday. She’s finally back for good! Haha. It feels very comfortable talking to a super old friend. Known her for 17 years already! She’s really my ‘oldest’ friend. Well at least now we would be able to meet up more often as compared to our once/twice a year. :)
Have been slacking for the past two weeks, watching a lot of the Olympics on my laptop.
The Chinese are really good at diving like Guo JingJing, Insane Usain Bolt is crazily fast, Phelps mad to have won 8 gold medals, Singapore winning her first medal in 48 years, Zhang Yi Ning damn zai at table tennis, both the USA teams winning beach volleyball, USA men winning volleyball gold, etcetera. I was sad that the Russian women team lost to Italy in the opening match for volleyball lor. I remember the players like
SHASHKOVA Liubov and
GAMOVA Ekaterina.
Sadly, its ending tonight.
Ok I have to buck up soon. Hopefully be able to meet up with Aunty Quah and Kenny before he leaves for Scotland.
Ohh, I sent my chain for repair. Thank goodness they have this service, at $15 though. As long as I get my chain fixed, $15 is nothing.
I have been ranting and blabbering. Don't mind me.

Miss Lim isn’t feeling well. Met up with Lydia and Huijing for lunch at Biz before heading to YIH to see the doctor and they accompanied me! Hahah. So nice of them! :) The usual talk kok session over lunch, catching up and reminiscing those times in hall. Time flies!
And so it does. It’s almost the end of the week. Hmm still in holiday mood though. But got to catch up with work and tutorial soon. Design project is going to be rather taxing I heard, so I better enjoy what I can now. hahah.
Had an impromptu meet up with Anli on Monday. She messaged me at like 12 plus to ask if I was free, and then, met her in town about 2 plus! Hahaha. Walked around Far East Plaza, browsing through clothes and shoes and chatting away. Bought a pair of navy blue shoes for only $9.90! Lol. Haha. And what’s an outing with Anli without taking photos whether in the toilet, lobby or in the car. Haha.

Wah liao. This room I’m staying in now is horrible. I hear alarms going off early in the morning, and that bloody person still doesn’t wake up to turn it off. And by the time it goes off, I’m fully awake. -.- I hear people’s door opening and closing, people locking their door and walking off and random people talking. It doesn’t help that there are construction works going on nearby. All the drilling and banging. Omg….. I cannot wait to go back home. Also, the bed sucks! Half of it is hard, the other half soft. Like What The Hell. I wonder how the person before me sleeps. She must have weighed a ton to be able to do that to the bed. I very much prefer my old room, or even Shears. Heard Huijing is going to get her new bed! I want one too!

School’s starting in less than a week!! I’m dreading it.
Went back to clean up my new room with mummy on Sunday morning. OMG. It was freaking dusty/dirty/disgusting! Blue tacks stuck all over the wall, rubbish not cleared, walls super dirty, hair everywhere, including pubic hair! Omg. I was utterly disgusted. I thought I was bad enough, but NO, that girl who stayed in the room before me wins hands down. I’m super messy, but definitely not dirty like her. PUI!
Mummy and I spent 3 hours cleaning, scrubbing, mopping the whole room clean. End result: condition of my room is sooooo much better. Thank god. Moved most of my stuff over, left the clothes and some small things here and there. My friend’s coming to help me move on Saturday! :) Then go shopping with me after that at Queensway, IKEA and Clementi. So nice right. Haha. I can’t wait! And I’m so broke I cant afford a new watch anymore. :(
Time to throw away some photos. No point keeping them if I’m just going to keep them in the box up in the cupboard, then move them back home again next year. It’s not going to disappear. I miss Shears though. Still have the notes Lydia and Xiuyi wrote to me. Those postcards with words of encouragements, my purple star, L from LOL, can’t bear to throw anything away.
Meeting brother and PS king for dinner later.
The stupid construction downstairs is damn noisy.
